If you load her up as a Meme-Zeppelin, she's fun, pretty much useless as a CV, and a detriment to the team. They just aren't very useful as dive bombers. Her Dive bombers are useful as throw away scouts and fighter droppers. The rockets are a bit meh for the job, being a hybrid between an HVAR and a Tiny Tim. Graf Zeppelin is far more flexible, her torp bombers are fast, she drops 3 at a time, and her rocket planes are slow, with is good for DD hunting. That's about all she's got going for her.
